Our 10th Annual Fundraiser is scheduled for March 12th & 13th, 2010 at Eagle Eye Golf Club in East Lansing. This looks to be our best banquet ever.
Friday’s Outfitter’s Night sponsored by Kahl, Kahl, & Caltrider- Investment Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors will give you the opportunity to talk with exhibitors, including award winning taxidermists, rifle manufacturers, and many outfitters from around the world to plan your dream hunts. The silent and live auctions on Friday will have many sought after items, and raffles that night will make a lot of people happy. The doors open at 4:00pm.
Saturday’s banquet will be phenomenal. The doors open at 3:00, again giving you time to chat with the outfitters and other friends. I’m sure you will meet new friends, too. The huge general raffles will be waiting for your tickets, and there are tremendous numbers of fantastic items on the different raffle stations. The afternoon silent auction will be a busy place as participants get great items many times at great prices. The banquet dinner will be at 6:00pm featuring a tremendous meal of Rib Eye steak and Roasted Quail. We do have vegetarian dinners available. Following dinner, we have the widest array of live auction items ever. There are items from around the globe, and for every member of the family.
New this year is our Premier Drawing. The grand prize is a five day African Safari for two hunters including six animals, donated by African Game Hunters (www.africangamehunters.com). First prize is a Ruger LCP pistol, one of the lightest concealed pistols available. The second prize is a Savage .17HMR rifle; wonderful accuracy in a wonderful rifle.
